Four Wheelers Running In Two Wheels.Kerala Traffic Police toying away wrongly parked maruti van From MG Road,Ernakulam. photos using sony wseries cell

It seemed as an ordinary day till we encountered something strange to us....I said strange to me and my friends only, for its too common at the Ernakulam city, Especially in the MG road-One of the busiest lanes in the city.

aerial view photograph of india cochin town from a flat in cochin, can see the cranes of cochin shipyard"Just a long view of the harbour from our institution..."

You may have noticed the huge cranes at the cochin shipyard. The flat in the corner is of only a medium size when compared to other ones in and around the city. The city is too conjusted and a main part of the population here has their homes not on land but in these sky scrappers.

road block in mg road cochin"You may not be noticing anything strange in this photo!!!! No wonder!! But something is!"

If you watch carefully behind the Maruthi omni you can see a long line of vehicles getting blocked. The van is parked in such a place where it shouldn't be....This point is used for U turn by vehicles from the other lane and the van is now obstructing the turning ones from a smooth one stretch turn...

Camera: Sony Ericsson w810i (2mp)
Focus Mode: Auto

wrongly parked vehicle making traffic block in cochin mg road"A more closer look here...."

The time was in the noon and the traffic was not too dense at this time..If it happened in the morning or eve this wont be the scene..
Do you know, sites beside MG road has the record of having the highest price tag among real estate business in Kerala. It is the place where most of the leading business enterprises and major branded shops are present at Ernakulam.

Camera: Sony Ericsson w810i (2mp)

ernakulam cochin traffic police tugging van removing wrongly parked maruti omni"Yea!!Its Pay Back Time!!!"

The traffic police in action, With their vehicle renowned for vanishing improperly parked vehicles in the busy lanes of Ernakulam. The van is going to be toed to the station.......Hmmm the policemen here were too angry due to the intelligent parking...Its better for the driver, not to come now......

Better for me to control the photography too..So i was trying to get the snaps unnoticed by the police...Anyway managed to get some..

Camera: Sony Ericsson w810i (2mp)

car tugged in mg road cochin for traffic rule violation"Hmm the van getting hooked"

We could see the police man there writing a long sheet of charges against the driver..Most cases the problem ends up with big or small fines..But this was serious enough for the police to charge case against the responsible one...

Camera: Sony Ericsson w810i (2mp)

maruthi van tugged by ernakulam traffic police for wrong parking in mg road of ernakulam"The simple process.. Just tooks a few minutes"

The case of two wheelers is even simpler....Hooked up and carried away..No need for tugging..
The special phenomenon of missing parked vehicles is common here in MG road.. If stealed or tugged, both case you have to contact 'The One' - police...

maruti van removed for parking in no parking area of ernakulam mg road"Yea.... ready for the go...."

Now the Omni is ready for the journey..We couldn't see the great driver yet..We were waiting for the climax of the show...But the villain doesn't showed up till we left..May have made the encounter later in the station where the van was being toed to...

tugging maruti van by ernakulam traffic police in mg road ernakulam"The journey started...The end of the show."

This is how four wheelers runs in two wheels in cochin ....The whole credit goes to cochin traffic police....Ernakulam cant imagine a single day without these peoples. They makes the city move. Without these men the conjusted narrow lanes of Ernakulam will end up in great traffic block..In times huge blocks occurs , and the policemen does their best to control these traffic conjustions..

Hogenekkal Nature Sceneries and Boat journey- photos of basket boat journey, huge rocks, and aerial view photo of the Biggest tourist Attraction.

The continuation and last series of photos from the hogenakkel tour trip..the boat journey is now back to our starting point, from where we boarded in.. Just we had a stop at a sand bank of the river and all have some water plays and bath..

The bank was near the shallow place of the river where the water level was only upto our waists at that time.. The following photos are that of the calm river boat journey after all the fun.. We were keeping our eyes locked on those mighty rocks and caring to click them.. Here am posting a few photos of the basket boat journey, the big sharp edged rocks, and some aerial view of the whole place from a lookout..

rocks on the banks of river kauveri photograph taken during tour trip to hogenakkel"The silver rock carving found at the river side. The rock was shining in the sun though its is not that much visible in the photo "

In this bank we stayed for 2-3 hours and had fun in the water. After getting wet some people were standing in the shore to get their clothes dried... hmm but in vain.. they were chased by some of us and were put in the water again. Some of them even don't have to be chased, as we went near, they surrendered and jumped into the water themselves.....

The whole trip was real fun...........

Hogenekkal Tour pictures-Beauty Of the River 'Kauveri' Photos of Aerial view of Rocks,Basket boats,Water falls using cellphones and digital cameras..

One of the famous waterfalls in Tamilnadu state/ India. Visit the place if you want to enjoy the exciting basket boat journey through the river Kauveri.

'Hogenakkel' is a kannada word and it means "Smoking Rock". You will feel the name to be apt, once you visit the place. Yea the rocks are always smoking , not cigarettes but fumes of water droplets are always in the air near them!!!

The people here believes that the water which is flowing through the wild forest has medicinal value for it is flowing over medicinal plants in the forest throughout its course. The best time to visit the place is just after the monsoon (july-august) when the water falls are in its full strength.
We visited the place as a part of our academic tour programme. This was the most exciting place among the entire tour programme.

We happened to be there in off season ie during the month of January. So don't expect the place to be like this if you are going there in the right time. You will be seeing more parallel water falls and a strong furious river if you are there just after the monsoon.

Just have a feast on the photos of the vibrant adventurous river journey and those cute basket boats..You can see the aerial view of the whole place shot from a look out placed in a height..
